As students’ mental and emotional health and social struggles become an increasing concern among educators and parents, there is an urgent need to provide effective, long-term solutions.
The I AM WORTHY program builds a solid foundation of mental and emotional wellness and character in students by instilling strategic core values essential to the healthy formation of self-worth, creating long-lasting positive outcomes for individual students and their schools, homes, and communities.
Based on cognitive behavioral therapy, there are specific, universal, affirmation-based truths that, when understood and internalized, produce personal core values proven to form a stable and resilient foundation of mental and emotional health and character.
